EXCHANGE

We will happily offer you an exchange or a credit note option if you are not satisfied with your SAUVIKA items. If your item does not fit correctly we will happily swap for the correct size subject to availability.

Exchange / Online credit note must be equal or of higher value for the returned item and processed within 7 days.

No refunds on sale, discounted items or purchases made with sale promo codes.

RETURNS

If you want to return your item, please send us your request at hello@sauvika.com.au within 4 days of receiving your Sauvika order. Please provide your reason and/or exchange requirements.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Full price items can be returned up to 14 days after purchased for a full refund.
  • Returns on sale items will not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with swing tags attached along with dust bag, and suitable for re-sale.
  • We cannot accept any returned items that have been marked / damaged.
  • All items must be posted to us within 14 days from your initial receipt of the order and no refund acceptable beyond this timeframe.
  • The cost of delivery for return / exchange is not refundable.
  • All items must be returned in a secure courier package and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take any responsibility for lost packages.
  • We thoroughly inspect all items to ensure they are in perfect condition upon return. If the item is return to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

Once we received your return, please allow 5 to 7 working days for exchange/refund/credit notes to be processed. We will keep you update on the status of your return.
